Manhunt for Murder Suspect
TAWAU, SARAWAK on 28 Nov 2009
Police have launched a manhunt for a 27 year-old suspect believed involved in the murder of Abdul bin Hakim at Blok 2, Kampung Titingan, here last night.
Tawau police chief ACP Ibrahim Chin said acting on public information, a police team went to a house in Kg Titingan at 11.05pm and found Abdul lying dead in a pool of blood.
He said Abdul, a Filipino holding Sabah temporary resident document, died of serious slash wounds to the neck and shoulder.
Abdul,37, had earlier arrived from Semporna to visit a friend during Aidiladha.
He was believed to have been attacked with a parang while resting in the compound with his 12 year-old son. - Bernama

For your info, Tawau is in Sabah, not Sarawak.
